Set simple, realistic goals for your New Year’s Resolutions

Everybody knows how hard it is to keep New Year’s Resolutions but I’ve had some goals on my to do list for a long time now so I thought 2013 is the year to step it up!
Instead of failing miserably right away, I decided to set small goals for baby steps. Set the bar low so if I don’t achieve them, I should feel really bad. And I made sure to keep them all specific and measurable – no fluffy stuff.
What goals have you set for yourself this year? Do any of them overlap with mine?
